$500.00 FOOD TRUCK VENDOR FEE:
Note: This fee does not cover the $50 permit fee nor the $500 refundable security deposit for cooking vendors from the City of Newburyport’s Health Department.
VENDOR SELECTION & APPROVAL:
Food Truck vendors will be selected based on eligibility and availability, with special attention paid to avoiding product duplication. Notification regarding Food Truck vendor approval will be sent via email from 92.5 the River.
All approved Food Truck vendors will receive payment instructions at that time. Your payment must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving vendor approval. There are NO REFUNDS once you have submitted your payment. Food Truck Vendors need to complete this Vendor Application for Temporary Food Service Permit required by the City of Newburyport’s Health Department, which must be submitted 21 days prior to the event, along with a non-refundable $50 permit fee and $500 refundable security deposit for cooking vendors.
EVENT SETUP & TEAR-DOWN INFORMATION
SETUP MUST BE COMPLETED BY 10:00 AM. Tear down starts at 6:00 PM. Please provide enough food to last until closing. EARLY TEAR DOWN IS NOT PERMITTED. If you break down early, you will not be invited back for future events.
