Celebrating the adventurous spirit of renowned Lowell native author Jack Kerouac, the 4th Annual edition of The Town and The City Festival features an eclectic line-up of artists that would make Kerouac proud, featuring Buffalo Tom, Dalton and the Sheriffs, Rhett Miller, John Doe Folk Trio, Ted Leo, Peter Mulvey & Sista Strings, Alisa Amador, Pile, Vapors of Morphine and MUCH more.
