A Salute To The Greatest Generation
Celebrate and honor our veterans for their service to our country! This concert is dedicated to our “Greatest Generation” – those who fought and supported America and its allies during the second World War. Swing to Ellington’s “It Don’t Mean A Thing” and Glen Miller’s “In The Mood”. Sit back and relax to South Pacific and reverently remember our veterans with John Williams’ “Hymn to the Fallen” and the victims of the Axis horrors with “Schindler’s List”. Richard Rodgers’ “Victory at Sea” will remember the war in the Pacific.
Special guests at the event will include veteran Corporal Robert (Boosts) Chouinard, US Army, who was part of the Normandy Beach Invasion Force, and American Military Historian, LTC Kevin Major.
