Come watch Lowell’s 44th Annual Banjo & Fiddle Contest at Boarding House Park this September! This event is completely free for contestants, as well as all spectators looking to take in the magic of traditional music. Never played an instrument? Join a workshop in bluegrass banjo, old time fiddle, or ethnic/bluegrass fiddle! Fancy yourself a banjo-playing expert? Informal jams will take place all day!
