Join Cisco Brewers Portsmouth for a Funky Labor Day Weekend Kickoff!
The Soul Rebels started with an idea – to expand upon the pop music they loved on the radio and the New Orleans brass tradition they grew up on. They took that tradition and blended funk and soul with elements of hip hop, jazz and rock all within the style of a modernized and contemporary brass band delivering an eclectic live show that harnesses the power of horns and drums in a party-like atmosphere.
The Motet formed over two decades ago, the funk six-piece The Motet have developed a fervent fanbase performing sold out shows across the nation, including shows at Red Rocks and at festivals such as Bonnaroo, Bottlerock, ElectricForest, Bumbershoot, Summer Camp, and High Sierra.
Dopapod stands out in the live music scene with their eclectic blend of jam band energy, funk grooves, jazz fusion, and progressive rock. Their dynamic performances and improvisational prowess have garnered a dedicated following.
