Harborlights Bar & Café is a new outdoor restaurant at Rockland Trust Bank Pavilion in Seaport, offering unbeatable views of the Boston Harbor. Draft beer is available from Night Shift Brewing and other local breweries. Open Thursdays – Saturdays.
