Peabody Essex Museum’s On This Ground: Being and Belonging in America

Win Your Way In To Conversations About Art

Special tours of exhibitions led by the curators themselves…

Friday, March 31st @ 1:30pm – Join Karen Kramer and Sarah Chasse, co-curators of On This Ground: Being and Belonging in America, for a tour of these newly opened galleries that bring PEM’s two extraordinary collections of Native American and American art together for the first time. This long-term installation of works from PEM’s collection celebrates artistic achievements across time, space, and worldviews to help us understand what it means to belong to family, community, and this place we now call America. Works on view span in time from 10,000 years ago to the present and include sculpture, paintings, fashion, furniture, decorative arts, photographs, works on paper, archaeology, installations, and video.

Enter before Sunday, March 12 at 11:59pm. Good luck!
